SUMMARY
Barbara provided equipment coordination services for Seattle Children’s Hospital as they expanded and renovated their Bellevue Sleep Clinic. Services provided included identification of existing equipment to be reused as well as new equipment required, development of overall equipment costs and allocation between multiple budgets. Barbara utilized a standard template for developing early budgets used for preliminary budget approval. This afforded the project team early and accurate budget information efficiently with which to confirm the project’s viability without incurring fees prior to the project’s funding. Services also included capturing photographs and cut sheets of all selected equipment and verifying that the drawings adequately addressed the equipment’s architectural, mechanical and electrical requirements. |
