SUMMARY
Teledesic Corporation was in the business of designing a satellite system that could be launched to provide broadband connectivity anywhere in the world. The project included converting a tilt-up warehouse space into a Class A office facility. Complexities included the permit process requiring a change in use as well as accelerated issuance to meet the client's needs. Barbara served as the project manager and oversaw the contractor selection, the permit process, design and construction, the schedule, budget and cost control systems as well as furniture and equipment coordination and move-in assistance. She provided her services through Seneca Group. |
